Vinyl Flooring – Luxury Vinyl Planking (LVP) and Sheet Vinyl

LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring is typically a lower cost option than tile and hardwood, but a more expensive option than carpet.  LVP products are frequently used in many areas of the house as a replacement for hardwood, carpet and tile flooring. The technology has gotten so good that most LVP products are now fully water proof and look fantastic.

Sheet Vinyl products are great when on a tight budget, but are significantly inferior to LVP products in durability and looks.  A synthetic cousin of linoleum, sheet vinyl flooring is most commonly used in bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and entry areas.  We typically see sheet vinyl used for rental properties.

There are many factors to consider when determining which flooring material is the best for you.  Is moisture resistance critical? What about exposure to fading? Our professionals can advise you regarding various flooring options.

We have accounts with Shaw, Mohawk, Engineered Floors and Happy Feet. Our bids include tear out, removal, prep, underlayment, and subfloor work if necessary.

Our biggest selling LVP product is Shaw Endura Plus, which comes in 29 different colors:
