Vinyl flooring is for people who want lower cost options than tile or wood or who want floor with a little more cushion. Vinyl is firm, yet resilient, wears well, and resists water, making it a great product for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and entries. A synthetic cousin of linoleum, vinyl flooring is water-and stain-resistant, versatile, and provides good durability for the cost. It is a practical choice for the busiest rooms in your home. Today’s vinyl floors are also attractive and economical.
There are many factors to consider when determining which flooring material is the best for you. For example, would your floor need to sustain great weights? Is moisture resistance critical? What about exposure to fading? Our professionals can advise you as to the perfect type of vinyl for your job.
At Vacant Interiors, we use Armstrong products for most vinyl floors. Our bids include tear out, removal, prep, underlayment, and subfloor work if necessary. In most vinyl jobs, the tear out of the vinyl destroys the underlayment and it needs to be replaced. We do not normally recommend laying new vinyl on top of old but it can be done successfully in some cases.
Vacant Interiors uses full time employees (not contractors) to install vinyl. Our installers are experts at seaming, which helps us maintain consistent high quality and exceptional service. Vacant Interiors offers honesty and integrity with every estimate and every job. Your vinyl flooring will give you long-lasting beauty and durability.
