We have a dedicated staff of estimators, office support, and specially trained crews. When you set an appointment with us we usually give you your estimate within 24 hours! Then we introduce you to a person who will be your single point of reference for scheduling, change orders, additions, information, and even invoicing. You can rest assured that the repairs will be done on time, within budget, and in the proper order. One call does it all!
At Vacant Interiors, in-house employees (not sub-contractors) do the majority of the work. We carry all appropriate insurance, including liability and worker’s compensation and are well established and respected in the community. Vacant Interiors does not use gimmicks or sales tricks. We do not charge for estimates and we do not bother you with pushy sales calls or emails. Our estimates show you the exact price of the final service without hidden charges.
