In this ever changing market where it is not always best to sell a home, many of our customers choose instead to upgrade what they have. Since we have access to all major carpet and vinyl manufacturers, we can help them choose new flooring, change vinyl to tile, carpet to laminate, or refinish wood floors. Other things often considered in home improvement projects are painting a garage or basement floor, fence repair or staining, appliance changes, and a multitude of minor household repairs from repairing screens to adjusting a sticking door!
