Vacant Interiors installed a tile floor in our master bathroom.

They were very responsive to our phone calls and told us exactly what we needed to provide (tile, grout) and what they would provide. They 2 guys that did the job showed up on time and worked very hard. The end result was great! They ripped out the carpet in the bathroom and tiled it all in one day and then came back the next day to grout. Looks great - couldn't ask for better!

Steve and his team did a great job painting our living room and hallway. They coordinated having the paint they used matched to a color I had chosen and took extra care in painting our coved ceiling.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job for us when we recently moved and downsized to a smaller house. They painted the entire interior of the house, recarpeted the main floor and stairway, re-plumbed the laundry room, resurfaced existing maplewood flooring and installed new maple flooring in dining room, build an elborate outside dog door and ramp, power cleaned concrete decking, installed a side door in the garage, built and installed an 8 ft granite-topped bar, built an exercise room with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, installed multiple light fixtures, curtain rods and a set of French doors.

The Vacant Interior guys were always punctual, did excellent work, met my deadlines, and were courteous and businesslike. I told them what I wanted (e.g. light fixtures) and they did the shopping and purchasing for me. We have built 2 homes and remodeled a 3rd home in the past and have dealt with a number of general contractors and their crews. Vacant Interiors was by far the best company we have dealt with; it was a stress-free experience for me. I would highly recommend them for all interior contract work. I will use them in the future as well.
