Our customers are home owners, realtors, property managers, banks, REO's, and investors and their customers. Our mission is to help our customers get a home, apartment, condo, rental property or commercial property in shape to sell, show, or move into quickly, efficiently, and on budget. We are Denver's premier Make-Ready Specialists!

We have a dedicated staff of estimators, office support, and specially trained crews. With one call, you can set up a timed appointment for the very next day in most cases. We also work about 70% of the time on lock box. And within another 24 hours in most cases, you will have your estimate in hand. Once you decide to schedule, a single point of reference is your contact for scheduling, change orders, additions, information, and even invoicing. Since we use one point of contact, it often helps a client to know that the repairs will be done on time and in the proper order so there is no delay in your schedule. For example, if our handyman replaces 6 doors, they are painted when the house is painted the next day, etc. No more hiring of several contractors, all with their own schedules... one call does it all!

And the majority of the work is done by in-house employees, not sub-contractors! We carry all appropriate insurances, including liability and worker's comp. Choosing a company for your painting or carpet needs can be risky. Without references, you don't know if your experience will likely be pleasant, mediocre or disastrous. Vacant Interiors is a small company, yet we do hundreds of jobs per year, with the majority being repeat clients and referrals. References are always available upon request.

Vacant Interiors does not use gimmicks or sales tricks to sell its services. We do not charge for estimates and we will not bother you with pushy sales calls or emails. Therefore, you are free to choose us or go with another company based on the estimate you get. And our estimates will show you the exact price of the final service without hidden charges.

Customer concerns and complaints take priority over all other work, whether we've been paid or not. Our specialized crews are talented and dedicated.
