We understand your particular niche and are equipped to handle all the special needs, from large scope work to the smallest repair, to the unique paperwork involved and the special rules, we know what we are doing!

Beyond the typical make readies we do for the majority of our clients, REO properties often require HVAC, licensed plumbers and electricians, and a host of other specialties from concrete work to window replacement. Over the years we have assembled a long list of specialty contractors that are reliable, dependable, and true professionals, so if you have a multi scope project, be assured that we can handle all or most of it in house... what our employees cannot do, our small army of remarkable contractors can!
